We ship orders from our factory in the Czech Republic (EUROPE) to the whole world. Below is a list of carriers we use, shipping cost, benefits and troubleshooting. This information is for retail orders only.

 

GLS - delivery to selected countries in Europe: Czech Republic, except for San Marino, where it is necessary to deliver the goods via UPS, due to very complex processes during customs clearance of goods. The shipping price is according to the current exchange rate and the delivery time within Europe is 2 - 4 working days. After handing over the shipment for transport and registering it, you will receive a shipment number and a link to track the shipment via the portal https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tracking?match=38611318787  (the tracking number is available) in your email and in your customer profile in the e-shop next working day). We have very good experience with GLS and practically no problems are known to us. Shipments are insured as standard.

DHL - the fastest and most reliable way to deliver parcels worldwide** without restrictions on the contents of the parcel. For non-EU customers and buyers of weapon bodies or gearboxes, the choice of a DHL carrier is mandatory due to the problems mentioned with the Czech Post in the above article. With DHL, we have a special exception for transporting weapon parts, so there are no problems with Security Check, and except for Russia, Belarus and unexpected exceptions, we do not ship, there are no known problems with delivery. The shipping price depends on the physical weight and size of the shipment and the region of delivery, the e-shop automatically calculates the shipping price based on the number and size of the goods. The resulting shipping price is shown in the basket. After submitting the shipment for transport and registering it, you will receive a shipment number and a link to track the shipment via the portal https://www.dhl.com/cz-en/home/tracking.html  (the tracking number is available) in your email and in  your customer profile in the e-shop next working day). We have a very good experience with UPS and practically no problems are known to us. We would like to draw your attention to the possibility of purchasing for customers outside the EU without 21% VAT. Shipments are insured according to their value as standard.

Payment for goods is always made before shipping using the PayPal or REVOLUT payment gateway (no extra charge). After sending the order in the e-shop, you will be redirected to the PayPal or REVOLUT payment gateway, where you will make the payment. If the  payment gateway does not go through, please wait for a payment request from us.

We send shipments every working day at 11:00 CET.

Please keep in mind that any customs clearance of the shipment in the country of delivery is carried out by the recipient and it is not possible to influence the customs process on our part.

 

The possibility of changing the carrier is reserved.
