As we announced before on Facebook, we are back with some fresh news about our new cut-off lever for AR15. We made some test properly and we used for that our split-gearbox ver. II with integrated Hop Up chamber. As a trigger, we used our CNC type E trigger, what is based on Tokyo Marui standard (we don’t manufacture speed triggers anymore). We used also CNC trigger stop, fire selector plate and CNC fire selector type A. We purposely used our parts, for getting best possible compatibility and performance.
Cut-off lever had free move, even when we screwed it tight.
For another tests, we used most common trigger switches like: SHS, GP, CYMA and Tokyo Marui. These trigger switches had differences in size only about tenths of a millimeter and all of them fitted in gearbox without any customization. SHS trigger switch needed to be pulled with force, but they worked.
Airsoft replica worked with all of these trigger switches without any problem, also in fire modes safe – semi – auto. We took a close look on that.
Result of this test was perfect, our cut-off lever works without any problems. This cut-off lever is made from 90MnCrV88 Steel, we have great experience with this material. This cut-off lever will be available in the end of February.
Testing for AK cut-off lever is on the plan.
