We was improve universal spring guide for CNC gearboxes from RetroARMS.
Spring guide base is from EN AW 7075 material and it has red eloxing color.
First improvement is hexagon hole for easier instalation you can use 8mm Imbus key.
Second improvement is joint between base and guide. In previous version it was only molded.
Now we have screw thread M5 and we are using glue for screw threads Loctite 262.
Third improvement is material. Spring guide was from EN AW 7075, now we are using steel 12050 (C45)
quenched on 52-54 HRC and chemical blacked.
With these impovements is our sring guide practically undestructible, and without risk of disintegration.
