We are back with some fresh news. A lot of you maybe now asking, if we are still sleeping during this long winter. We were working on some great things and we want to also reply on your questions. First big deal is that we want to focus on manufacturing outer parts of airsoft replicas and some of our inner parts will be removed from our offer. All of these parts will be in sale section and they will be no longer manufactured.
Our CNC magazines made a lot feedback from you, some of them were good, some of them not. We are preparing to manufacture our own polymer magazines, but we needed first to make prototypes for testing. We made them by ourselves without need of 3D printer, because the quality of product would not match with the reality. But a lot of you wanted these CNC magazines in mass production, so we decided to make them also from EN AW 7075 dural (aluminum) in 11 color variations. We need to test them properly before release. All of these first magazines will be for AR15 (M4) airsoft replicas. In first wave spring powered (low/mid-caps) and lately rotary hi-caps. Price of these magazines is not ready yet.
Colored anodizing. In the end of last year, we changed supplier for surface anodizing. In this state we are happy with new one, we have offer of 8 colors (silver, black, yellow, orange, red, blue, light blue and green) and soon there will be three more (gold, grey and bronze). Because we use EN AW 7075 dural (aluminum) which is not possible to anodize, we need to count with some limitations, more of it here. Answer why we anodize almost everything is here.
We also started to sell colored gearboxes version II., what are requested a lot.
All of our new manufactured gearboxes have marks of size for bearings/bushings (8mm or 9mm) for better recognize.
All of our Hop Up chambers include our collet nut, what secures inner barrel with 100% tightness. With this collet nut, the inner barrel don’t have will to wobble in Hop Up chamber. We want to also say again, that our Hop Up chambers are tested with common parts. Best way is to use our parts, for example our Hop Up chamber with our Nozzle, but you can still use parts from another manufacturers. You have to always count with some tests and tune ups, for example angle of tapped plates front part can make difference (AR15) between usage of 21,3 mm nozzle or 21,4 mm. We are developing our own tapped plate, but about that later. Next issue is with Hop Up chambers, when a lot of you reported problems with bucking installation. We can’t give you result of 100% compatibility, because some manufacturers of buckings or inner barrels use different measures, try to use technical alcohol for installation. Howto video is here. Our Hop Up bucking has o-rings for best sealing, so using technical alcohol can make installation much more easy and provide best sealing. For bucking removal, you can use technical alcohol also.
Our CNC aluminum tapped plate made a lot of negative feedback from conspiracy fanatics. First thing is that aluminum (or steel) tapped plate is common thing on a lot of markets. But this is same like before with our CNC magazines, this tapped plate was just prototype for tests. So this CNC tapped plate will be not (yet) on our store. Even when we know that it works just perfectly, manufacturing it from dural (aluminum) is useless, our tapped plates will be made from Polyamid PA 6.6.
Next prototype is our two-piece pin for connecting of AR15 body. A lot of you again said that it is just useless and bad, but our 3D model and some tests in reality proved, that it works perfectly. Whole body was in one straight line. These two-piece pins will be in 11 color variations. Also real AR15 firearms use these pins. Benefit of these pins is, that they don’t drop-out like standard pins do. We are also developing middle pin for securing.
CNC lower body part of AR15. We finally made it. This part is really difficult to manufacture, because it has thin walls, where material have will to twist in milling process of one big block (3500 g) aircraft dural EN AW 7075, weight after milling was 249 g. So we made walls of lower part much more thick for using our split-gearbox and made body much more durable. Another day we manufactured upper part of AR15 body, also from one piece of aircraft dural EN AW 7075, weight after milling process was 198g. Whole body is perfectly connected without any wobbles. But we need to test it much more in the future, if we will have luck, it will be released in March. Price is not ready yet, but first thoughts are around 7000 CZK (350 Euro). AR15 body will have its own article lately.
We are now also developing stock, handgrip, outer barrel and front grip (RIS/Rails). We want to make this to the end of this year, so our customers can buy whole CNC milled replica. These replicas will be custom-made from parts, what our customers choose in configuration.
