New surface finishing Shot Peening

Because of total failure of Czech Republic anodizing/surface treatment factories, which can’t deliver products in time and with problems of anodizing EN AW 7075 Aluminum, we were forced to buy our own surface finishing machine with Shot Peening technology. This technology use little marbles, what make surface harder and reinforced.

Shot Peening technology has many advantages.

Removing metal cuts and sharp edges.
Dimension of the product does not change.
Surface of the material is denser and stronger because of pressure from marbles.
Surface finish has fully matt look.
Additional layers will not peel away.
Surface finish is protected with special preservative oil, but surface is also not greasy. There is no risk of corrosion.
We finally do not depend on third-party companies, we are self-sufficient, so the delivery process to our customers is much faster.

We believe, that this technology will provide us faster delivery of orders and also lowers the risk of surface finishing failures, which were cause because of chemical reactions in EN AW 7075 Aluminum.

This surface finishing process will be applied on inner parts and on some outer parts.
