After some time, we reworked piston. Almost everything is reworked now, but body is still Polyamide PA6.6 with 30% carbon fibre and 5% Molybdenum.
We finally got 1,5 ton of wiring steel 14260 (54SiCr6), what was almost impossible.
This material is no longer manufacturing and we were forced to use another material. Wiring steel is after hardening still flexible. So we have a lot of material for manufacturing teeth strips.
Also we moved from induction hardening to laser hardening, what provides a lot of benefits. For example: hardening only on steel teeth, what makes best hardness of teeth (52-54HRC), but also rise resistance to break of hardened piece.
Piston body form was reworked too. We reinforced gripping part, what makes much better esistence of breaking first gripping teeth.

Be advised, because of using Molybden in pistons, do not lubricate pistons body, but use it dry. Most of plastics are contaminated after using oil or vaseline and degrades theirs strenght.
